Mariela Busheva is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping patients restore balance, energy, and vitality through a functional, holistic approach to care. Certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (ABHRT) through World Link Medical, she specializes in hormone and thyroid optimization, gut health, and whole-body wellness.
Following board certification, Mariela launched her career in a hospital-based healthcare system. Through extensive experience in hospitalist and internal medicine roles, she gained a deep understanding of how traditional healthcare works, and where it can fall short in addressing the root causes of chronic symptoms. Today, she brings that knowledge into her integrative practice, combining evidence-based medicine with functional, holistic, and homeopathic approaches to help her patients achieve lasting wellness and balance.
Mariela believes that symptoms are not random. They are the body’s way of communicating deeper imbalances. She listens attentively, tests thoughtfully, and creates personalized treatment plans that may include hormone and thyroid optimization, gut restoration, nutritional and lifestyle support, and natural or homeopathic therapies. Her goal is to help each patient feel truly well: energized, clear-minded, and balanced.

Originally from Bulgaria, Mariela moved to the United States in 2001 and has dedicated herself to a lifetime of learning, investing countless hours in education, training, and hands-on experience. Her hard work and commitment to expanding her knowledge are guided by the belief that every patient deserves a provider willing to look deeper and help them achieve their health goals and get their life back. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, ballroom dancing, and spending quality time with her daughter.
